Delivery Areas
Side Street ships artworks to mainland France, all countries within the European Union, and selected international destinations, including Japan, China, and South Korea.
International availability may vary depending on destination and carrier constraints.

Carriers
Shipments are primarily handled via La Poste (Colissimo) and Mondial Relay.
Depending on the destination or specific order requirements, other carriers such as DHL or FedEx may be used.

Delivery Times
- France & European Union: 6 to 12 business days
- International destinations (outside EU): 12 to 25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders equal to or over €150, France only.
For orders below this amount or for international deliveries, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the carrier and destination.

Shipped Products
All Side Street artworks are handmade artistic sculptures, produced in limited, numbered, and signed editions.
Due to their artisanal nature, each piece may present slight variations or minor imperfections inherent to handmade creation. These characteristics do not constitute defects.
Each artwork is carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

Standard Delivery Only
Only standard delivery services are currently offered.
No express or special delivery options are available at this time.

Carrier Liability & Transport Risks
For deliveries within the European Union, the risk of loss or damage remains with Side Street until the artwork is delivered to the customer.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery, subject to applicable local laws.
Side Street cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Items Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect their package upon receipt.
If an artwork arrives damaged, the customer must contact Side Street by email within 48 hours of delivery at:
side.street.info@gmail.com
The request must include:
- the order number
- clear photos of the damaged artwork
- photos of the original packaging
After verification, Side Street will offer, at its discretion, either:
- a replacement (subject to availability), or
- a refund of the item price
No return, refund, or replacement will be accepted without prior contact by email and photographic evidence.
