Returns & Refunds – Side Street

All Side Street sculptures are handmade art pieces produced in limited editions.
Due to their artisanal nature, each piece may present slight variations or minor imperfections, which are inherent to handmade creation and do not constitute defects.

Return and refund conditions

Returns and refunds are only accepted in the event that an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item is damaged during shipping or presents a major defect, you must contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt at:

Please include:

your order number
clear photos of the damaged item
photos of the original packaging

No return or refund request will be considered without prior contact by email.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

change of mind
aesthetic preferences
minor variations or imperfections due to handmade production
limited edition or handmade art pieces that are not damaged

All sales are considered final once the order has been shipped, except in the case of damage or proven defect.

Shipping damage or defect

If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will offer, at our discretion:

a replacement (if available), or
a refund of the item price

Shipping costs related to validated damage claims will be handled accordingly.

Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.
